I founded Crystal Springs Property Services with a practical understanding of what it takes to keep a busy property clean and ready for the day. My background includes over 15 years in restaurant and theater management, as well as multi-family property maintenance. Some of my certifications include OSHA 10, CMI Basic, CMI Advanced (in progress) and CA Food Safety Manager. Crystal Springs is licensed, insured and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and is a member of ISSA, the Association for Cleaning and Facility Solutions. As your local owner-operator, I provide direct communication, clear scopes of work, and personal attention to your building.
